APES is developed, 2002
APES is developed within the National Research Program 42 on the “Foundations and Possibilities of Swiss Foreign Policy”, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation. APES is used for the visualization of Swiss foreign policy processes, but does not yet exist as software. The visualization of processes is done by the help of word-tables.
